Dr Scrymgour 1

Dr Mar­i­on Scrymgour

Dr Scrym­gour is the cur­rent CEO of the North­ern Land Coun­cil and a for­mer mem­ber of the NT Leg­isla­tive Assem­bly. She is a Tiwi woman and for­mer CEO of the Tiwi Islands Region­al Coun­cil, the Wurli-Wurlin­jang Abo­rig­i­nal Health Ser­vice and the Kather­ine West Abo­rig­i­nal Health Board. In addi­tion to these achieve­ments, Dr Scrym­gour is a Doc­tor of Health Sci­ences and was the first Indige­nous woman to be elect­ed to the NT Par­lia­ment, hold­ing port­fo­lios of edu­ca­tion Min­is­ter, attor­ney-gen­er­al, and Deputy Chief Minister. 


Mr Joe Martin-Jard 

Mr Mar­tin-Jard joined the Cen­tral Land Coun­cil in the CEO role in Feb­ru­ary 2019. Pri­or to his cur­rent role, he worked in the pub­lic ser­vice, Abo­rig­i­nal health sec­tor and the resources sec­tor. Joe has ter­tiary qual­i­fi­ca­tions in edu­ca­tion and busi­ness man­age­ment. Joe’s fam­i­ly ties are to the Kami­laroi peo­ple of south­ern Queensland.

David Ross

Mr David Ross

Mr Ross was the Direc­tor of the Cen­tral Land Coun­cil from 1989 – 1994 and 2000 – 2019, rep­re­sent­ing the Abo­rig­i­nal peo­ples of Cen­tral Aus­tralia. His long-stand­ing expe­ri­ence in Indige­nous Affairs includes being a Com­mis­sion­er of ATSIC and the Chair­man of the Indige­nous Land Cor­po­ra­tion. He has an Asso­ciate Diplo­ma in Busi­ness Man­age­ment from the South Aus­tralian Insti­tute of Tech­nol­o­gy. Mr Ross has fam­i­ly ties to the Kayte­tye peo­ple of Cen­tral Australia.

Ran­dle Walker 

Ran­dle Walk­er is CEO and Com­pa­ny Sec­re­tary for Cen­trecorp Abo­rig­i­nal Invest­ment Cor­po­ra­tion and Cen­trecorp Foun­da­tion. He has a Bach­e­lor of Busi­ness (Account­ing) is a Fel­low CPA and has pre­vi­ous­ly been Pres­i­dent of the NT Divi­sion­al Coun­cil of CPA.
